Meat Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gms. Meat
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbs Garlic paste
- 4 tbsp strained curd
- 3 tsp Ragee's Meat Masala
- 1 tsp Ragee's Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Ragee's Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Ragee's Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind 2 onions to a fine paste.
- Mix the onion paste with 1 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste.
- Add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd to the onion mixture.
- Marinate cleaned and cut mutton pieces with the onion mixture. Keep for 2 hours.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and fry 2 sliced onions until crisp.
- Add the marinated mutton, 3 tsp Ragee's Meat Masala, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, and 1 tsp chilli powder. Stir for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water to the pan.
- Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
