Meat Masala Recipe

Ingredients
  • 500 gms. Meat
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbs Garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp strained curd
  • 3 tsp Ragee's Meat Masala
  • 1 tsp Ragee's Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Ragee's Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Ragee's Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  • Grind 2 onions to a fine paste.
  • Mix the onion paste with 1 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste.
  • Add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd to the onion mixture.
  • Marinate cleaned and cut mutton pieces with the onion mixture. Keep for 2 hours.
  • Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and fry 2 sliced onions until crisp.
  • Add the marinated mutton, 3 tsp Ragee's Meat Masala, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, and 1 tsp chilli powder. Stir for 5 minutes.
  • Add 2 cups of water to the pan.
  • Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
