Sambar Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ⅓ cup sliced onions
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- Asafoetida
- ½ cup diced Tomatoes
- 1.5 cups chopped French Beans, Carrots, Capsicum, Brinjal, Pumpkin, Drumsticks
- 1 tbsp Ragees Sambar Masala
- ½ tsp Ragees Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
Instructions
- Add salt to the potatoes and set them to boil.
- Once boiled, place them in a mixing bowl and add Ragees Turmeric Powder, Ragees Red Chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander.
- Toss them well.
- Heat a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chilies.
- Add the potatoes and toss them.
- Add Ragees Sambar Masala.
- Cook for another 5-7 mins until they turn crisp.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon juice.
