Sambar Masala Recipe

Ingredients
    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • ⅓ cup sliced onions
    • 5-6 Curry Leaves
    • Asafoetida
    • ½ cup diced Tomatoes
    • 1.5 cups chopped French Beans, Carrots, Capsicum, Brinjal, Pumpkin, Drumsticks
    • 1 tbsp Ragees Sambar Masala
    • ½ tsp Ragees Turmeric Powder
    • ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
    • ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
    • ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
    • ½ tsp Ragees Kasmirilal Powder / Ragees Red Chili Powder
Instructions
    • Add salt to the potatoes and set them to boil.
    • Once boiled, place them in a mixing bowl and add Ragees Turmeric Powder, Ragees Red Chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander.
    • Toss them well.
    • Heat a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chilies.
    • Add the potatoes and toss them.
    • Add Ragees Sambar Masala.
    • Cook for another 5-7 mins until they turn crisp.
    • Garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon juice.
